PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Foil-Scrim-Kraft tapes with a high-performance solvent acrylic adhesive, protected by an easy-peel-off silicone paper release backing

APPLICATIONS:

HVAC industry for joining and sealing Foil-Scrim-Kraft Facing, laminated fiberglass blanket, duct board joints and seams; joining and sealing flexible air duct seams and connections. These tapes could be used for other industrial applications requiring similar characteristics and features.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE:

Although these tapes generally last longer, one year shelf life  is ideal when stored at 21 °C (70 °F), 50% relative humidity and out of direct exposure to sunlight.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

As with all pressure-sensitive tapes, it is essential that the surface to which the tape will be applied must be clean, dry, free of grease, oil, dust or other contaminants.

PRODUCT USE:

It is the user's responsibility to evaluate the product to determine whether it is fit for the particular purpose and method of application. Good results will be obtained when applied to a clean and dry surface.
